As part of professional development of engineering students, our Civil Engineering department had organised a session in collaboration with The Institution of Structural Engineers on Saturday, 18th May 2019. The session was led by Mr John Price, CEng, FIStructE – Technical Director of Aurecon and the Chairman of IStructE – UAE Regional Group. It was an informative session as John shared his career path through the years, followed by an engaging discussion on how the students can get involved with #IStructE. “Undoubtedly it was truly inspirational!”, as quoted by our students.
